Very nice big and thick verge fusee watch. Beautiful white enamel dial with convex places for hours.. Big silver balance bridge is very attractive, it's beautifully decorated with chimeras and floral ornament. Nice silver rim around the top plate.
Movement has typical early XVIII construction, with square baluster pillars, fusee with 9 turns, lack of escapement adjustments. Watch is signed by Burette in Paris. Tardy notes François Burette in Paris, died in 1742.
Condition Condition is quite nice. Ial is in good condition with few minor defects.
Movement is running in every position, though I don't guarantee time keeping. The plain silver case appears to be in good condition.
