Antique 1807 George O'Reilly Dublin Ireland Sterling Silver Pocket Watch. Case by John Gear of London 1806. Antique 1807 Sterling Silver Pocket Watch by George O'Reilly of Dublin Ireland. All original with no replaced parts. The inside of the movement is signed O'Reily 1807. The case is hallmarked sterling and dated for 1806 London England and IG which is the mark for John Gear. This early 1800's verge pierced pocket watch has a full plate fire gilt movement with round pillars. Pierced & engraved masked cock, silver regulator disc.

Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Convex white enamel dial with Roman numerals & gilt hands.

Comes in its matching sterling silver cases. The piece is in excellent condition except that it is currently not running and does not come with its key. We are not watch repairing professionals and it could easily be a very minor repair.

We don't even have a matching key so it might still work and just might need to be wound.
