15J Series V Nickel Damascene Movement. Size L (Between 15s and 16s). Stem wind / Stem set. White enamel single sunk dial with roman numerals. Total weight of the watch is 113.65 grams.

Movement : Missing barrel bridge screw near the balance. When fully wound and placed on a timegrapher in the dial up position for 1 minute, it shows the watch gaining approximately +16 seconds per day. However, the amplitude is low and there is an error to the flat in the balance. So it should certainly be serviced. Dial : Surface flake near 55 within the seconds register.

A few faint hairline cracks, very small edge fracture under the bezel at 4:30. Case : Lift spring is too weak to open the lid on its own and does make content with the lid through final portion of opening range which allows it to tip slightly forward with gravity. Moderate wear on the case, with a gouge to the band at 5:30, indents to the upper front and rear from the bow. A few dings to the front shoulder and a few subtle dents and dings to the rear shoulder. Reduced engine turning detail with partial rings of full loss at shoulders. Moderate wear on the crown. Crystal : Plastic crystal has a few very small scratches. The item "Antique 1880's E.
