Up for sale is a very rare antique 18s Rockford Wathier's Railway Chronometer pocket watch which is all original except for the case. This watch was made in 1894. This watch has an amazing high grade 17 ruby jewel movement with all matching serial numbers!

Serviced : This watch was fully serviced 02-20-19 (all parts removed, cleaned, new mainspring, oiled, and adjusted). Movement : This watch runs good and keeps good time. The really beautiful original Rail Road grade lever set movement is in good condition and has all matching serial numbers, even the balance wheel is original. It has 17 jewels, adjusted, ruby jewels, marked Special Railway Chronometer, and gold balance weights!

This is a very rare movement! Dial : The original double sunk dial is in very good condition but it does have hairlines. Case : The gold filled case is in good condition but it does show normal pocket wear. It is not the original case. The covers work as they should.
