Antique 9 carat gold dial open faced fusee pocket watch. Gilt dial with Roman numerals, blued steel hands and seconds dial. The all over engraved case with the. Full British 9 carat hallmark for Birmingham 1915. The fusee movement with lever escapement.
Marked for the maker Alexander & Son. Chronometer Makers to the Admiralty. The sprung back cover works well and the case has no personal inscriptions. In good working order, on test it ran 3 minutes fast in 30 hours. The movement has been serviced.Gross weight 124.5 grams. 20mm thick over the glass.
