THE CASE BACK IS DESIGNED AS AN ANCHOR SO MAY BE MARITIME/NAVAL CONNECTIONS! THIS WATCH HAS JUST BEEN SERVICED. This is a most beautiful and very rare solid 18k GOLD Victorian era beautifully designed and exquisitely made FRENCH lady's fob watch and brooch with a Swiss movement.

The watch is of small dimensions measures 2.3cms (23mm) across. This truly stunning watch is beautifully made and shouts quality.

It is made from solid 18 carat gold and is hallmarked for the same on the inside of the back cover (obscured) and the dust cover. The case is in beautiful original condition and has the most stunning and beautiful irredescent blue enamel finish to the case back with a diamond studded Anchor design. The enamel shows some darkening or maybe loss of the top finish wear here and there with small patches of loss and the brooch is the same (see pics). The case back is also unbelieveably set with 18 beautiful diamonds. The back and bezel has a seed pearl surround. The stunning enamel work caresses these bright and lively diamonds on the case back beautifully. The dustcover is also 18 carat gold and is in nice condition. This charming 18 carat gold watch has a stunning all original bright white dial which is in beautiful condition. It has a no damage that I can see.

It has really nice and RARE blue painted Arabic numerals. The numerals are in excellent order showing very little wear. The minute and hour hands are in excellent condition and are'Filigree' style. The crystal is a brand new replacement.

As such it is in excellent condition. The solid gold crown and original chain ring show a little normal use wear and are in good condition. This is a beautiful Swiss made crown wind & pin set cylinder movement with nice damesceening to the top plates. The movement is in excellent condition and has just been FULLY SERVICED by my watch maker. It keeps time to within a few minutes per day as tested over a 24 hour period.

This is a lovely period solid 14k gold'Bow' brooch with irredescent blue enameling and 3 centrally set diamonds. The brooch is in nice condition showing a little wear to the enameling in places. It is fully marked for 14k gold and the pin works as it should. I describe all of my items to the best of my knowledge.
