The watch comes with the original solid silver fancy chain fob and matching key. The watch case is made in a form of a smiling skull with a movable jaw. The case was 18k gilded, but the gilding is partially wear off-the kiss of the time. High grade fire gild verge fusee chain driven full plate movement with hand pierced balance cock.
