Good complicated pocket watch in hunter solid 14k gold case. It features Minute repeater, chronograph, triple calendar and lunar phases indicators. Day of week and month are realised in "digital-like" indication. Watch is made for Russian market, the day of week and month are signed in Cyrillic.

Watch also bears Russian imperial hallmarks (as well as Swiss squirrel) for 14k solid gold. Case is thick and solid, watch weight is 130 grams. The dust cover is signed by Le Phare.

The movement is equipped with well known Le Phare calibre with cross-shaped governor. Movement comes in it's most expensive variant, jewelled to the hammers and with governor made of polished steel. Le Phare Charles Barbezat opened his own factory in Locle in 1877, focusing on chronographs and complicated movements. Already in early 1880s company got several golden medals for it's high quality production.

In the colonial and Export Exhibition in Amsterdam "International Colonial en Untvoerhandel Tentoonstellung" 01.05. 01.11.1883 was a handed over by two large honorary diplomas for Swiss exhibitors - the second got Patek Philippe & Co.. On November 30, 1888, the brand name Le Phare was registered in Le Locle. At the exhibition in Paris in 1889.

Charles Barbezat-Baillot was awarded a gold medal for the high quality of his works. In 1896 he got another gold medal at the National Exhibition in Geneva. In 1896 the company employed 200 employees and the organizers of the International Exhibition in Brussels appointed Charles Barbezat-Baillot as member of their jury. On March 3, 1905, the trading name of Barbezat-Baillot was renamed to Le Phare.

Gold medal in 1906 at the International Exhibition "Esposizione Internazionale del Sempione" 28.04. 11.11.1906 in Milan. Gold Medal 1914 in Bern at the Swiss National Exhibition 15:05. Other watchmaker as "Audemars Frères" and "Invicta" used his movements. (source - watch-wiki de) Condition Cosmetic condition is quite nice.

The case has minor period wear. Dial is in ok condition, without visible damages.

Technically movement is in good condition, repeating works as it should as well as chronograph and calendar. It runs as it should, though I don't guarantee time keeping.
