The watch has a fancy case depicting a smiling skull decorated with genuine old rose cut Bohemian Garnet precious stones. Please note the very unusual Omega logo stamped on the inside of the rear case. For the first time I have ever seen such a special Omega logo! The watch has a top A1 grade lever escapement movement, adjusted to 2 positions, precision regulator, fully jeweled, Breguet spiral, Guillaume balance, solid gold train, fully jeweled, old style hand engraved balance cock, ruby endstone on balance.
