Chain drive fusee with verge escapement pocket watch with stop works and date complication from C1790. Watchmaker Richard Burns of Manchester. The watch has been serviced and tested for 7 days. The watch is keeping good time. The dial is free from hairline cracks and chips.

The mineral crystal is free from chips and scratches. Hinges and catches are all working correctly. The gilt case measures 53mm x 24mm. A winding key will be supplied.

The service is complete and thorough, the watch is stripped to its component parts, cleaned and checked for wear, oiled and reassembled. Testing starts once the watch has been correctly regulated. The watch is keeping good time to within 2-4 minutes per day, the watch has been tested pendant up, there may be variations in other positions.
