This is a roulette pocket watch, from the very early 20th century. It doesn't tell time, just a antique roulette game in a pocket watch casing. The dial features a racing scene and finish flag, with'PATENT' and a cross in the center. The spinning wheel has 6 spokes each with a numbered horse and jockey at the ends, painted in different colors. When you pushing the stem down it sets the horses spinning using a sprung mechanism. The watch does have some surface rust on the case, otherwise in great shape. Comes with bag pictured, not sure if original to the watch, as it's a bit small.
