Juvenia was founded in 1860 by Jacques Didisheim-Goldschmidt in Switzerland. "The company is known for its extraordinary, avant-garde case designs, and architectural inspiration". The watch case is sterling silver and measures 2 (15 cm) with a black enamel finish. It is decorated with coral set in gold. Inside the case lid are the maker's mark'DGA' and touch marks for sterling silver and 18k gold, also a serial number'74568'. The watch is in near perfect condition, a little dirty and the crystal has a very small imperfection near 12 o'clock. It keeps perfect time but the hands to set the time can only be adjusted by turning the winder in one direction. Juvenia has the reputation for making the some of the finest quality watches and mechanisms... The dial is in the original unrestored condition. It reads'Juvenia Sport' at the top and'FAB. This is a stunning Art Deco watch.
