125 g 18 carat Gold Case marked 0.750 PP & Co , 27 Guillocfhé front and back case This is a stunning Antique 1869 pocket watch in good running order, although it runs slow. Dial , roman numerals on a white background with secondary dial. Dial is excellent with no cracks. Patek Philippe archives, has verified this Pocket Watch.
