Up for sale is a really exceptional and very rare antique Pre-Civil War E. It is a Series 1 and was made in 1858-9, and is size N (18). It is all original with matching serial numbers throughout, apart from the case. It has a high grade 15 jewel movement that has very rare upright pallet jewels.

It is in excellent condition and runs and keeps good time. The coin silver Hunter's case is in very good condition.

Dial : The original dial is in very good condition with just a chip repair at the hinge. Case : The beautiful coin silver Hunter's case is possibly not the original, but is original to an E. It is in very good condition, but does have some deep scratches on the covers. The lids open and close as they should. This rare and exquisite watch is ready to display or carry!
