The 3 piece double hinged case to this beautiful diamond watch is FULLY MARKED solid 14 CARAT GOLD dating this gorgeous watch case to circa 1910. The case back has no decoration and a couple of light small dings. I see no dings on the sides of the case or the bezel to the naked eye with only light micro scratches from normal use. The bezel is set with 24 small old cut diamonds set in designs of 3 and then 8 larger diamonds set around the bezel edges. All of the covers push and snap to well.

I have gently polished the case, and it is shining wonderfully, as only real SOLID hi grade 14 carat gold can. THE WATCH MEASURES 2.2CMS (22mm) IN DIAMETER. The case is double hinged and the hinges are very good. This lovely collectible watch has a lovely original bright white dial.

It is unsigned, and is only showing a few hairlines. It has beautiful black painted Roman numerals with a red twelve which are crisp and sharp.

The numerals are beautifully enclosed by a sharp black painted'gold dotted' outer minute track. The beautiful antique spade design watch hands are blued steel and are in very good condition. The watch is fitted with a brand new plastic crystal which as such is in minty condition. This is a lovely condition Swiss made signed crown wind and set good grade 15 jeweled movement by.

Arthur Schnegg of Rue De La Paix 21 La Chaux De Fonds which is untypical of the movements at this time and is probably a later replacement. It is unsigned apart from a lovely'snail' stamp on it and the words'Swiss made'.

It has minty steel screws. THE WATCH IS IN WORKING ORDER AND HAS JUST BEEN FULLY SERVICED BY MY WATCHMAKER. This fantastic watch is complete with an absolutely stunningly beautiful matching, orignal and integral solid 14 carat and diamond gold bow brooch in the shape of a ribbon which measures approx 3.8cms (38mm) across at its widest point. The brooch is in fantastic condition and is set with 12 lovely diamonds including a central stone which measures 2.5mm across and sparkles beautifully! Please remember that vintage watches have survived for many decades by being treated well. Vintage watches are not for wearing while doing yard work, working out, or swimming. Vintage watches cannot keep time like their quartz cousins and will need altering on average between +-2 to +-5 mins per day. They are a little more destructible than modern watches.

Vintage watches also require periodic service and cleaning. Every couple of years, they would like their 20,000 mile checkup, oil change, and general service. By taking care of your vintage watch, you will have years of great service, and a quality heirloom to pass to another generation. I describe all of my items to the best of my knowledge.
