Made by Uhrenfabrik BUREN AG and retailed by A Lunser of Berlin. The nickel case measures 53mm in diameter , this is fitted with screw on front bezel & back cover. The black ceramic dial is undamaged and clearly signed: Uhrenfabrik Buren AG / A. The back of the case has the serial number 6533.
The case is in good condition with no major damage just general signs of age & use (surface marks & light scratches). The inside of the back cover has the wording AUSTRIA 1940 scratched into it. The mechanical stem winding movement is in good working order and is clearly signed: Buren Grand Prix.The movement is also stamped 19 35/12. The articulated chain & all attachments are non silver. Overal the condition of the watch is good. Please study all the photographs carefully as they do make up a vital part of the description. Sometimes I may replace a visibly worn or broken strap. Before being listed, each watch will be tested for time keeping over a 24 hour period. Because of the lack of service history with a lot of the watches i sell NO GUARANTEES are given or implied to the time keeping after a 24 hour period unless otherwise stated.
