Antique 1880 Victorian vintage solid silver watch chain with t-bar/clip 27.87g

  

This is a beautiful unique antique 1880 Victorian solid silver fancy link watch chain with a bulldog clip and a t-bar. This unique piece weighs 27.87g. It is stamped with a full Birmingham hallmark on the solid silver bulldog clip that is stamped with the date stamp'f' (1880). The fancy link chain is made up of a row of long curved rectangular links with four oval links set in between. Each link is stamped with lions passant.

There is a central silver t-bar that measures 3.6cm long. There is a bulldog clip either end of the chain. There is one solid silver bulldog clip, please note the other clip is metal. This antique piece measures 41.5cm long and 0.6cm wide.
