Antique, estate-sourced Art Deco 1920's/30's Tempo Open Face Gold Filled Top Wind Swiss Pocket Watch. The gold-coloured, harlequin/chevron-patterned dial is signed Tempo, with Swiss Made in small type at the bottom. In its original finish and in really good condition, the watch has a Swiss 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is ticking away nicely, with all three hands working, although it hasn't been worn in decades, so could probably do with a good overhaul and service. The case is rolled gold with some minor surface marks and age-related wear, (no dents or dings) and the watch glass has some surface wear across it but only really visible with a loupe. It still remains very clear.

The watch measures 46mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The combination of dial pattern, the bright gold-coloured numerals and the stylish hands give the watch a very distinctive vintage look and make it. A very desirable addition to any collection.
