ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL AND EXTREMELY RARE SOLID SILVER COLLECTIBLE WATCH FROM MYANTIQUECOLLECTION2020! A TRUE RARITY FROM MY COLLECTION THAT I DON'T WANT TO PART WITH BUT NEEDS MUST. THESE WATCHES ARE SO HARD TO FIND AND RARELY COME ON TO THE MARKET. ENGLISH HALLMARKED FOR THE YEAR 1885 BEARING THE. WHITE STAR LINE EMBLEM ON THE DIAL.

The 3 piece case to this beautiful watch is solid silver. Unusually this beautiful watch has some of the original inside gilding still visible on the case back and inside of the bezel! It is good grade sterling silver and is fully hallmarked inside the case back (quite rubbed) with the Assay mark for Birmingham England and a date letter for the year 1885. The dust cover is engraved with the original owners name and part address. It has a beautiful foliate and flowers hand engraved pattern to the case back.

I can see NO dings on the case and just some extremely light normal wear marks to the solid silver dust cover. All covers push to and snap in well.

I have gently polished the case, and it is shining wonderfully, as only real SOLID high quality silver can. THE WATCH MEASURES 3.8CMS (38mm) IN DIAMETER excluding the chain ring.

This lovely WHITE STAR LINE collectible watch has a STUNNING original BEAUTIFUL White dial. The dial has a beautiful. On the dial with the House Flag and the wording.

It has beautiful black painted Roman numerals and a black'Railway' outer minute track. The beautiful antique spade design blued steel watch hands are in good condition. The crystal is acrylic, nearly new and as such is in excellent condition. This is a lovely condition Swiss made key wind and set bar cylinder movement which was typical of the movements at this time.

It is FULLY SIGNED with the initials SS&CO (Steven Stauffer & Co London retailers and importers of quality watches). It has minty BLUED steel screws.

The crown and solid silver chain ring are original to the piece and are in excellent condition showing no undue wear to the eye. WHITE STAR LINE RELATED ITEMS SUCH AS THIS ARE VERY RARE SO DON'T MISS THIS! I describe all of my items to the best of my knowledge.
