7 Jewel Gents Open Face Pocket Watch. Gold Filled Keystone'Cyclone' 10 year Case.

Gold Filled Keystone'Cyclone' 10 year. It is in fair condition, the case itself is strong, the hinges are firm and not stressed but it has some plate loss around the edge of the case body and on the rear lid around the shoulder. There is also a bruise on the case edge by the nine. The bow is a good fit on the pendent. The watch is crown wind and crown set working correctly.

There is a good bevel edged crystal in the bezel. The 7 jewel movement is signed Elgin Nat'l Watch Co.

The serial number 10285696 lists it as the model 7 and grade 213, size 16, 7 jewels and was built in 1904. The watch is winding and setting correctly and is running strongly. It is in a good clean condition.

It keeps close to time. The white enamel dial is in a good cosmetic condition but does have a couple of short hairlines around the bottom edge area. The hands are blued steel. Please remember this is circa 119 years old, a working antique timepiece.
