Antique Fine Silver Mens Pocket Watch Fully Working & Keeping Time

  
This antique Fine Silver pocket watch is in excellent and fully working condition. It is ticking away happily and keeping time to within a minute or so a day. As can be seen from the photographs, the watch is in remarkably good condition. The watch crystal has a few very minor scuff marks, - but these are barely visible and have no impact on the view of the face. The white enamelled face is clean and has just one barely visible hairline in the 2-o-clock direction.

The crystal bezel has i tiny dent between the 3 and 4 positions. That is the only, barely visible, dent to the case. The engine-turned decoration on the case-back has smooth pocket wear. The front bezel and case-cack have sound hinges and snap firmly shut.

The inside of the case-back is stamped Fine Silver, suggesting Swiss manufacture prior to 1880. The watch has a diameter of 47mm so it is a standard size for a mens watch. The watch comes with a well-fitting key and winds smoothly. It runs for the full length of the wind in all orientations.
