Antique 19th century Victorian French pocket watch case. With a stylish gold tone inlay and unused central cartouche.

The push button clasp opens to reveal a sprung velvet lined watch rest. The inner lid has a satin lining. The base has some remnants of the lining which appears to have been pulled away. In good antique used condition with associated marks and wear.

The clasp, hinges and internal spring are in good order. There is a small area of veneer missing on the front of the lid as shown.

The colour on the lining is quite faded and there is some splitting to the satin, along with some red staining as shown. Dimensions - 9.5cm L x 7.5cm W x 5cm H / Weight 127g. The items I sell are in a used antique or vintage condition. This means they may have related flaws or defects. Please look at the photos as these form part of the description.
