Antique French Ladies Pocket Watch From Mid 1800's

  
I have recently taken this to a local jeweller. I was told the casing, watch face and glass are in excellent condition.

There are no markings on the gold itself, but it has been closely examined and tested by the jeweller and he has confirmed it is 18k gold. He has also said there is a screw missing on the movement but this is completely repairable. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
