Antique Pocket Watch Stand Holder As Novelty Longcase

  
A rare and unusual, antique pocket watch holder, styled as a grandfather clock, late 19th / early 20th century. A Novelty item made in the form of a grandfather clock, it is beautifully made with a mixture of wood with a diamond pattern in-lay. The top is open and it would normally have a little hook to the inside top edge, to hang your pocket watch, which is missing in this case, but could easily be replaced. It has a few surface marks and some splits to the front - Please see photos. Size is approximately 30 cm tall by 9.5cm wide by 4.5 cm deep. A fabulous find for any collector or as a unique gift!
