Antique Silver Waltham Ensign 7J. The case is a sterling silver open face.

Birmingham hallmarks for 1903 and A. It is in good working condition with medium/heavy pocket wear. The lids open and close correctly.

The bow is a good fit on the pendent. The front bezel has a raised crystal in good condition.

The watch is crown wind and set. The 7 jewel movement is signed for American Waltham. The serial number 11151098 lists it as the model 1897, size 14, grade Ensign, 7 jewels and was built in 1902.

The watch is winding smoothly, setting correctly and is running well, it was professionally serviced when I acquired it and has been in a collection ever since. The white enamel dial is in a very good condition. The hands are whip and spade faded blued steel with Roman numerals. Please remember this is circa 121 years old, a good antique working timepiece. My listings are for antique, vintage or old items, a. Ll will have some signs of age, use or wear. On't expect quartz timekeeping from a mechanical antique watch. Nless mentioned service history is unknown.
