Antique Zenith Gun Metal Pocket Watch with Albert Chain+ Box

  

50mm (5cm) across case without crown. An antique stunning Blued Gun Metal Zenith.

All hinges are good, covers open and close well. Good condition case, some light marks commensurate with age and some signs of past corrosion/rusting, no major scratches, nice dark blued gun metal with contrasting brass features. The dial is bright and clean with no cracks or chips, signed "Chronometre Zenith".

Black Arabic numbers, red inner numbers. The 15 Jewel movement is signed Zenith, running well and keeps good time. Good mineral glass crystal in good condition.

Complete with 18ct gold plate Albert chain and Lapis Lazuli and red Onyx set stone spinner. All presented in a fitted pocket watch box. Great for wedding, graduation, retirement, Christmas, Fathers day or birthday present.

Recently Fully Serviced, keeping good time. Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required.

The mainspring will be replaced with a modern alloy type and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day. I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition.

It is my aim to provide a watch that is not only running but working to a usable state. My watches can be worn and used for their intended purpose on a daily basis.
