Beautiful Little Antique Solid Silver Swiss Pocket Watch

  

A lovely looking Swiss silver pocket watch dating from around 1888 - 1914. Has a wonderful engraved pattern to it! Stamped with the'0.935' mark showing the case is 93.5% solid silver, and the'Three Bears' mark showing that the item was hallmarked in Switzerland between 1888 and 1914. Hallmarked on the back of the case but also on the fob loop. The case has a diameter of 36 mm and the watch face a diameter of 17 mm.

The engraved patterning to the silver looks brilliant and the watch face is also nicely decorated with a slightly pink tinged surround with gold coloured decoration. The glass front (I'm assuming it's glass) seems to have a slightly yellowish tint to it. I have wound it up but it doesn't seem to run.

But I'm sure it's an easy fix for someone with the right knowledge. Both of the hands are intact. A brilliant little pocket watch!
